I’ve already placed my online order, how do I update my address?
We do our best to send orders placed before 3pm PT on the same day. If you need to make a correction to your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@planetizen.com with the correct information.

What shipping service do you use?
We send packages via Priority 3-day Mail from USPS.
What’s the estimated delivery for my order?
If the package is shipped within the U.S., estimated delivery ranges from 4-7 business days depending on the time and day the order was placed. Please note, if the order was placed on a weekend, the order will not get processed and shipped until the following business day.
What’s the delivery cost for international orders?
The minimum price of shipping international is $20 U.S. dollars and gets more expensive depending on the size of the package and the country the package is delivered to. Contact us at support@planetizen.com if you would like a quote on international shipping rates.
How do I download my PDF?
Check your email for a message from SendOwl Downloads. You can download your PDF from the link that was sent to your email address.
